Refund Policy

During the registration process you will have the option to purchase event insurance. This is through a third party and is completely separate from our company. In the event that you can not attend the event they will reimburse you per their conditions upon signing up. This reimbursement only happens after the conclusion of the registered event. If this insurance is not purchased, we have a full no-refund policy. Thus, we highly suggest purchasing the event insurance. A payment plan can be stopped/altered through your ACTIVE account. Any event cancelled within 48 hours or a no-show of an event will automatically trigger a credit for a future event or forfeiture of deposit. Event insurance is non-transferrable.

Weather Policy

We will do everything in our power to get the players on the field to play their games! In the event that we lose blocks of time during one camp day, some games may have to be shortened. We will do everything in our power to make up for this lost game time by extending the day. We incur very large upfront costs including stadium, coaches flights, hotels, and much more.. for that reason unfortunately, we can not give any refunds for rain affected events. The staff's that we work with are professional and all have professional grounds-crew employees. The final call is always made by the stadium and out of our hands.

Attendance Policy

This camp is open to any and all players who would like to attend. The Best in the US Showcase does not discriminate towards any person or player for ANY reason.
